Pool Junction customer app

Your customers. Your brand. One app.

Pool Junction gives every customer a mobile app for the relationship they have with your company: their balance, their invoices, their service history with readings and photos, bids to approve, messages, and a way to report a problem. Fewer "did you come today?" calls. Faster approvals. Faster payment.

What customers can do

Everything they used to call you for.

4 waysto pay: card, ACH, Apple Pay, Google Pay
Faster payment, fewer calls

See the balance and pay it, right in the app

Invoices and balance in the app, paid with a saved card, ACH, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Customers add, update or remove their own cards on file, so the office never takes a card number over the phone again.

The yes from their phone

Approve bids in two taps

Estimates arrive by push, text or email with a secure link. Customers approve or deny from the app and the office sees the answer right away.

Read the service log

Chemistry readings, chemicals used, checklist, technician notes, and the photos and videos from each visit. Fewer "did you come today?" calls.

Push notifications in your name

Every push is titled with your company name and also saved to the customer's note history. You choose which types customers receive: bid approvals, online payments and shopping list.

Report a problem

A repair request with photos goes straight to your Plus control panel, tied to the customer and the technician.

Messages

Keep customers informed with one-way messages today. Coming soon, customers can reply to your office for a conversation kept with their customer record.

Coming soon: two-way messaging

Quick mass push notifications

Storm on the way? Friday route delayed? Reach all your customers or just one technician's route with a push notification through Pool Junction. Keep everyone informed without calling or texting them one by one.

Service updates right in their pocket

Customers get a push notification when service is complete, with photos, water readings and messages from their technician all in Pool Junction. They can see the work for themselves, without calling your office for an update.

How it works

Every customer invited in one afternoon.

Turn it on

Enable Pool Junction in Company Settings. Payment portal options for Apple Pay, Google Pay and ACH unlock with it.

Invite everyone

Flip the mass-invite toggle. Every customer with a phone number gets a text with a personal access code, good for 48 hours.

They sign in

Customers see your branding, their balance, saved cards, service history and your Quick Message.

It keeps working

Service stops, bids, payments and shopping list items trigger push notifications in your company's name.

Control who gets what

Access is a company-level switch and a per-customer switch, so you can roll the app out to everyone or one account at a time. Notification types are yours to allow or silence.

  • Per-customer access toggle on the customer record
  • New leads are created with app access on by default
  • Three customer notification permissions you control
  • Payment portal options require Pool Junction to be on

Versus the alternatives

Portals are common. A branded mobile app is not.

Skimmer, Pool Brain and Jobber list a web customer portal. None of them list a branded customer mobile app with push notifications in your company's name, in-app bid approval and in-app repair requests. Pool Office Manager lists neither.
